Create a Wordpress Template - repost

Hi, I'm looking for a developer and also a designer to create a custom wordpress template for one of my client. There's a few requirements for the website: 1. The template would require 3 main template. Home, Page/Blog and Main menu (custom page, more details will be provided) 2. There will be a basic membership area 3. There is a requirement to have a few custom module to allow the end user to update the website more seamlessly. 4. Widged for sidebar and footer for all pages is required. The successful bidder would need to prepare a detailed proposal/scope of the work which includes milestone deliveries.
