Creating Website on Wordpress using EventEspresso or EventManager

I looking for an experienced website coder to deliver following project:
Website based on Wordpress - template will be chosen together in following discussion.
Event managing plugin integration is very likely.
Website will be serving to local students of personal grow related topic.
Website functions:
students:
can visit and search for the class or seminar by searching advanced filtering like: location_type of event_duration of event_teacher name_dates_price
advertisers / teachers will be able to:
sign up in front-end (I will confirm or deny their request)
log in in front end
submit their event (I will confirm or deny their request)
connect / link their event with their FB/twitter/etc pages (fb button appears on event page)
admin:
have access to back end
can control users
monetisation
different subscription plans will be build for advertisement ranging from free submisssion to anually subscription and event highlighting of their event in homepage banner.
payment gates used for advertiser payment: paypal and 1 local bank gate integration.
Languages:
Site will be in 2 languages first (English and Czech) with possible extension to another languages, so it should be prepared for additional translations
