Custom Google Search Script Needs To Be Developed

I need script developed which i can use for searching. The modules that i want in script is as follows,

1- Keyword Input (Where i should be able to add keyword for searching e.g. hammer, foothead etc)

2- Country Input (Where should i be able to add google domain e.g. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] & it should search from that region only)

3- Site Country Input (Where i should be able to add domain country e.g. site:in. It will give me only sites that end with .in domain.)

4- Https (I want all the domain results in https only. No http results)

5- Base Url Required only (I want only base url in output e.g. [url removed, login to view] I don't want results like [url removed, login to view])

I want it developed within 1 day. It is simple script which shouldn't take any longer.
