Custom Project salon booking - repost

Hi. I am needing you to tell me how long and how much this piece of work will cost you to complete. I am looking for a full web site to be created, hosted (at a competitive price), and Google ranked. This web site is to accept bookings from the general public for beauty salons in Melbourne Australia (similar concept to the website, [login to view URL] but instead it is for salons rather than restraunts) The web site must be easy to update of new salons joinging the club and must be able to complete a booking the same way as the above website. In the information page of the booker a credit card must be captured to secure the booking. A booker can search based on the inputted available time and selection of treatment, once the booker inputs this information a selection of bookable salons is displayed with their availability. The booker then goes though and selects the desired time and salon and completes the booking by providing all their contact details and credit card information to secure the booking. Once the booking has been completed the booker receives a calendar invite for the desired time and salon information as well as treatment name and a sms. The salon is also notified by a calander invite with the bookers information. The website must also be made into a mobile version to be viewed by any smart phone The booker can also search based on salon name. to complete a booking. The site must also include salon offers for today,tomorrow and rest of the week and must also include a email subscription area to have monthly newsletters sent to their email address. Another component to this project is to create a piece of HTML code that can easily be included into individual salon websites and accept bookings directly from the website in the same manor, the same as the "Make a booking" here button on the [login to view URL] restaurant site. The look and feel of these websites must be completly different to the bookarestraunt site, but run on exactly the same concept. As the html codes are available for view from these sites, i assume this should not be a very big of work for you and should be quite easy. Please bear in mind the cost must also include web hosting and the URL name for a period of 4 years.
