I am building a small business website using a Wordpress template. I am running into some problems and would like help from someone experienced in creating websites and customizing and/or creating Wordpress templates. I am using this template (but would consider switching to a different one if necessary): [url removed, login to view]

If you have design ability, to help with the graphical elements, that's a plus, but not necessary.

This will hopefully be just a few hours at first. If all goes well, I will hire you to help expand the site as well.
