Build a website

Hello everyone, I want to build a website which will function like this: Step 1: user see homepage, about us, product 1 (discuss later), product 2(discuss later), contact us page. step 2: default page will be homepage. step 3: Its a donation website.. so now here is the functionality: Within product 1 (Free products) and product 2 (Paid products for a fees). --> User visit site -> select category (Product 1 or Product 2) -> Each page will have register and login button. When user goto register page -> he will register with basic details (address, email , name , number. etc. etc.) -> While on registration page user will select products (registration page will display products with checkbox option {NO PRODUCT IMAGE REQUIRED}) He will choose all products he has with him to donate, Once selected the products and filled the registration details user will be required to select the community to which he want to donate. eg. Home care 1 (This list will be populated from db - Admin panel will be there to manage this add or remove item - discussed more later). If he select all FREE products from (Products 1) then he will be shown a thank you page and details mailed to client and admin. If he select product from Paid category too then he will need to pay the total amount due using PayPal. And admin and user will be notified If possible a simplest invoice to be created and send for record purpose. ++++++++++++++++++ Admin section: This will be much simple: he can add products to category (product 1 and product 2), he can manage user and there records, he can email from system to registered member (if possible with not a big time involvement), will add community to dropdown (IMPORTANT), see transactions if possible, see any other basic admin features. +++++++++++++++++++ 1) You can use any base script or any php , html , wordpress anything. . . :) Just to make time and money shortest possible. 2) its a donation site so i don't have much funds to invest.. :( 3) You have freedom of everything to do, to make it simplest possible.. Just a favor try making it responsive if possible. 4) Content and everything will be provided.. :) 5) Budget and timeline will be set and i need it to be done within it..
