CS Cart Template and work

I recently purchased CS Cart([login to view URL]). The CS Cart templates aren't XHMTL or CSS compliant. The cart templates are run off of the Smarty Template Engine, so you will need to be experienced with it, experience with the cart itself would also be great. I need design work. All I need is the template to be made XHTML and CSS compliant and SEO friendly, You will also need to be willing to keep in daily contact for updates on the project status. Preferably with an instant messenger, like skype or icq. i have a website [login to view URL] i need someone to make it look like [login to view URL] Every page should look the same as example website! the only difference should be: i want a full page (no space on left and right) different logo. different color different company phone number. Data Entry of the product will stay the same make sure the website has everything before it is submited to search engines SEO and meta tags Ready Submission to search engines 500 links 5 articles 50 back links I also want to build a relationship with a programmer for continual work for my company, as further programming needs arise.
