Dating service marketing

This is a marketing project for a dating site. The website needs to be optimized (keyword, meta, content, reciprocal links, etc..). We need a page rank of 6 or 7 currently ours is 3. Also I don't know if this is possible but, I want to send out permission based emails. No spam. Next banner ads, I don't know much about them, so we can discuss that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform As far as platforms are concerned we need all the basics. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Linux, everything.
