We need a website to deal with UK home sellers. We need to make it very fast and soon. Kindly send at least one sample website in your bid and we will get back to you. We will escrow the funds as soon as the lowest bid is accepted. The initial bid has to be very low but we will very gladly sharing profits in the business. The person will also have to do the SEO himself and get results. There will be a fee given for every lead generated as well. Please do not bid if you are not confident to generate results. The purpose of website is not to be just prety looking but able to get traffic and perform. We will give a starting fee and tie up and amount per lead generated by the website for a period of 2-3 years, whichever way the coder is more comfortable. SEO of the same to good level. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
