Buildable Product Module : Joomla/Drupal

We want a custom buildable product module using Joomla or drupal. I will set up a drupal/joomla install on our hosting service, Which you will have access to for developing. What we need is the following. - The new buildable product module needs to be a custom module that integrates and install to Joomla/Drupal with ubercart/Virtuemart as the ecommerce solution. - needs to have the same (or near) front-end user interface and flow as the site http://www.letterperspectives.com. - cross-platform compatible (no-flash) including ipad, iphone. This could be done using Jquery/Jtouch. - have user friendly backend to add, edit all aspects needed to create a the buildable product including managing images needed to create the buildable product. - The difference from the above website include, Matting needs to be equal size around letters choosen (This could be done using 4 pieces like top, bottom, left, and right). The amount of letters are (all caps) from 3-13. There will be categories up to 3 levels that can determine what different objects are used to make the buildable product. For example: Frame Size->Frame Type->Frame Theme. shipping and pricing will be fixed according to the amount of letters chosen and what frame they want. This custom module will be a way for the admin to created whatever buildable product they need, so the module needs to be built to allow for this. For example: Buildable product for frames, buildable product for note cards and buildable product for boards. I will create everything else including the design, content and any other functions not listed above. You can use the default theme, however the custom module needs to allow for custom theming. The code also needs have notes explaining the different processes in case we need to modify it. I need a defined quote and of course we would need all source code after final payment is made.
