Contactpage with register and login

This site is a contactform for finding companies with an online messagesystem: Links that appears on the top of the frontpage: Registration for companies (Company Sign in|Sign out|Register) Registration for users (User Sign in|Sign out|Register) Companies can register for this contactform with the following options: - Company Name - Email - Information about the company - Tlf - Adress (attatched with googlemaps) Users can register for this contactform with the following options: - Username - Their full name - Email - Information - Tlf - Adress (attached with googlematps) Both companies and users can edit their information if they want. And when registering they must input a secret code that appears for validating the registration. When a user register they have to confirm the registration sendt to their email. When a company register they have to wait for the admin to confirm the registration (in cause of spam) Both companies and person can choose what of their information that should be searchable for other users. Webtemplate frontend: [searchfield] "textbox" [search] "clickbox" << Place it like google - When people write the start of a company or person stored in the database,an autocompleater will find the rest of the info. Example: I write: "Coca" and the name "Coca Cola will automaticly show up if its stored in the database. Or i write "Donald" and the name "Donald Duck" will show up is its stored in the database. If people only write some chars of the name it will list all person and companies that is similar to that text. When i click on the company or person that shows up, their information appears on the parent window under the serachbox. Both companies and person can choose what of their information should be searchable on the frontend. Below the person|company information this window appears if the user is logged in: Contactform: [Topic] << "textbox" - Here you just write what the message is about [message] << textbox" - Here you just write the message. [Send] << "clickbox" When click on "send" the company or person will recieve the email with your message, and the information about you. If the user|company is not logged in this text appear under the profile: "You have to log in to send this company|person." Links that appears on the bottom of the page: About Terms Privacy - and the text "copyright @ myname" The site needs a backend where the admins can remove/edit the users profiles.
