About some fixes

I have a page and i need to fix some issues. 1-The web is a joomla and a phpMyRealty. I got a gallery wich needs arrows to be controlled. Example attached. 2-I have a button which i want that when click on it, choose a tab. Attached is an image. 3- In the Administration Panel i only have the option of add only one market on the map in the phpMyRealty system i got. So, i want tho posibility of add any markets i need 4-I have a search module, which has a "Location field". I want to conect those location with the listings. Actually is not working and i want you to figure out how to make it work. 5-I have installed a joomla component to have multiple blogs, and i have an rss link for each blog. When i click on the blog i have the RSS Feed link ONLY for that blog and actually, you can see the las post of only that blog. But, the problem came when i click on any of the rss link. Instead to go directly to the article, it goes to all the blogs listing, which is horrible because the diferents blogs are in competetion. 6- I have a problem in the menu. Idont know what it is, but it showed on white. Attached is an image.
