Add a "Build Your Own Product" functionality to Virtuemart

I am looking for a developer who can customize my website so that my customers can custom build their own diamond ring, just like this website: [url removed, login to view] --> engagement rings --> build your own ring
Here's how the "build your own ring" process goes:
1)the customer clicks "build your own ring" and is prompted to first chooses his/her band/setting.
2) The customer can choose to view the band/setting with either a square diamond, round, pear-shaped, heart-shaped diamond... etc.
3) After the customer adds this band to cart, he/she is prompt to select a diamond from a list of diamonds that fit this particular band. He/she then clicks on a diamond, views the specs for this diaond, and adds it to cart.
4) Finally, the customer views the finalized ring & diamond combination and goes through the checkout process.
I encourage you to go through the [url removed, login to view] website and checkout the "build your own ring" process. I want my website to be as close this as possible but not necessarily exactly the same.
Currently, my website uses Joomla [url removed, login to view] and Virtuemart 1.1.3 as the CMS
