Assistance in overcoming a few web hurdles

So basically what I've got, is a website which will eventually be used for showcasing my work under the alias of www.mikewoodson.ch.

The website operates through a login – a button hidden in the bottom left corner – where I can fill out a post sheet and for the post (a image plus a optional title & description) to be posted onto the homepage in chronological order. Also within the posts, I can navigate to the previous post, next post, or return to the homepage etc. etc. etc.

The website is a place where I dabble with a bit of coding, however i've gotten to the point now where I have something clearly in mind, but to achieve it is well beyond me.

Im after someone who can help me out with the following tasks only:

With [login to view URL] open, open the animated gif attached in your browser ([login to view URL]).

I'd like the posts to place themselves into pages consisting of 8 posts per page, and for the user to navigate through the pages by scrolling up and down. Eventually, there will be many posts, spread over many pages, but for the moment there are 17 dummy posts (test post 17 – test post 00), which would be divided into three pages. When more posts are added, the posts will continue to cascade in a chronological order (newest first, "test post 17" for example) and will relocate themselves across pages when necessary, whilst creating new pages automatically where the oldest posts will sit (see "test post 00" in gif).

Navigating through the pages will be done with a fade-in and fade-out animation, operating in the left–right–left–right exchange (think of it like going through pages in a book). Take note of the overlap in the transition

Open the attached jpeg ([login to view URL]) and you'll notice the green field where the pages will sit, appear and disappear. I'd like this entire "page field" to be centered vertically and horizontally, with a small gutter between the pages. Other buttons around the page will be added in the future.

That is it! the filled red dot is to communicate scrolling for this example only (as ultimately I would like the real scroll bar to be hidden), and the red stroked circle is where the login is. The broken image is for a rss feed but im not sure if i'll keep it.

Feel free to let me know if i haven't made myself clear enough... hopefully the gif and jpg do the job!
