Bidorbuy.co.za form

Hi, I currently sell from a system called [login to view URL] At the end of my sales for the day, they list all my sales. I can then clik a button to export those sales to csv format (see example of attached csv file). I need the following to happen: 1) Automatically retreive the csv file from my profile on bidorbuy 2) insert the sale details into a datababase 3) add on the following the following options to each sale: a) pending b) paid c) shipping with post d) shipping with speedpost 4) I should also be able to click a button to see "all pending sales" or "all paid sales" etc. 5) Also have another column for "emails from customer" 5) This can either be a program or web based, but web based is preferrable.
