Please note: we have changed the specification for this project: 1) We use "prototype" as we would like to deploy this application as you mentioned however It will be decided later whether or not this will be a commercial project. 2) The main purpose of the site is to provide a widget that will allow people to get the code/download and add to their social network, blog or homepage. The widget will contain categories of things to announce e.g Births, Deaths, Graduations, Moving Home, Vacations, Birthdays, Seasonal etc. We also require a basic site that describes the widget and gives an overview of the whole thing. 3) Design is something that isn't important at this stage. Light CSS work may be required 4) We don't want a facebook app at this moment however social network features such as bookmarking/sharing will be neccessary
