Build Wishlist Membership site on Tarot Reading

This project requires 3 levels of membership based on TAROT READING, each level having more options available
Please no silly offers - this is not a big complicated site.
The initial site will be based on a graphical front end dashboards where choices are made by the member
The Reading part will have cards that are are dealt, shuffled and cut according to the customers requirements.
The customer will chosen specific cards
The chosen cards are then laid out in a specific order - each card will correspond to a predefined data set
The result must be recorded for use later for this member.
The site must be mobile friendly
This project will be awarded within 72hrs and must be completed within a 4 day time scale.
Someone reliable that can listen well and interpret a vision into a reality would be fantastic.
