Cancelled Paid on delivery

I want a CMS created according to the attached specs. However bids on this must be sure that they can meat deadlines and that they can complete the project according to specs without any delays. The CMS should be coded for high security ad speed. Avoid unnecessary queries. This project has a a very tight time plan (se uder deliverables for more info) and it might be best suited for a group of coders rather then a single coder but all everyone is welcome to bid on the project as long as they are sure they can complete it.

## Deliverables

The coder will be expected to follow the following deadlines and by bidding on them you accept them. Smaller changes might be accepted if discussed before bid is accepted.

(Further down you find a list of files that I already have and that I will send you that you can use in the creation of the site)

Day 2: Have the encyclopaedia function done as a stand alone that is to be integrated in the CMS later.

Day 3: Articles features to be completed as stand alones for later implementation in cms.

Day 7: members function completed

Day 8: template system and one template ready.

Day 10: Vbulletin integrated

Day 13: Coppermine integrated. Articles and encyclopaedia feature integrated into the cms.

Day 15: links and lyrics features ready

Day 16: Download/script archive function and top list function completed

Day 17: picture rating and Faq feature done

Day 18: Blog function, RSS function and calculator function done.

Day 19: Arcade function, search function and FrontPage function completed.

Day 20: Phpadnews and all banner spots etc done. Global functions completed

Day 21-22: Testing and bug fixes.

The files should be uploaded to RAC and to a web account I specify at every one of these deadlines. Ie I expect to have the encyclopaedia files uploaded at the end of 2 day.

If these deadlines are followed you will be granted an extension of the deadline of another 20 days to complete the remaining features marked red in the specs. Everything else should be completed at the end of the period described above.

By bidding on this contract you understand and accept that you need to meat these deadlines or the oe we decide on togheter to get paid. By not doing so you forfeit all right to get paid for any of the job even if parts of it has been completed. I might choose to accept shorter delays but that is entirely up to me and is nothing you can expect.

Failing more then one of the above deadlines or the ones reached via messages on this site the final constitutes breach of contract and gives me the right to cancel the contract. The coder is in this case responsible for any eventual cancellation fees.

(Completed means with admin section, Meta tags functions and seo friendly urls done)

You will be provided with 3 layouts for the site in PSD format that you are expected to code for use with the size in accordance with the specs.

I have the following files that can help you:

- Log feature made for nuke to be altered to work with new cms.

- One template coded in html. IT has a fault in the code that needs to be corrected but display how I want the templates to work.

You are allowed to borrow code from the public domain as long as it is secure, fast, and doesn’t require a visible copyright notice to be shown.

You will also be expected to work in accordance with the normal rac [url removed, login to view] my text and the RAC text below is found to be in conflict my text is to be seen as superior.
