I need assistance developing a simple code that connects from

- my existing website's subscriber-signup function + database (PHP+MySQL)

- my existing website's newsletter-sending function

To:

- an iPhone/iPad push notification system

- an android push notification system

The code will need to be written using HTTP post and HTTP get and JSON. You will not be developing the iPhone/Android application. You will simply develop this simple code.
