Code me a landing page

We look for someone who can code a landing page, which has only simple features like these bellow.
- User can type his email address in a field to join our mailing list
- Link to social networks
- jscript image rotator, when user clicks on the picture he will be forwarded to our fundraising campaign
If you can do this please bid fairly, it's a really easy job. We have another job too but design isn't done yet, we would prefer that someone who have knowledge with coding custom facebook pages would bid on this, as that is our next mission, although design isn't yet finished.
