Contact Form HELP!!!!! (JS)

I'd like the form script I have from this page: [login to view URL] to be imported exactly as it is to the [login to view URL] page. I copied the HTML but it is not reacting the same. The issue may be one of the JS files is conflicting, I was told.
Here are the issues I need fixed:
1) When you hit submit on the contact form, no visible actions occur. The form does get emailed, but the after submission message does not appear.
2) When you do not fill out a required field and click submit, instead of displaying a red error message, it is forwarding to the [login to view URL] page.
