Create Google eCommerce Analytics Code For UltraCart Receipt

I need someone familiar with UltraCart, Apache Velocity, and Google Analytics eCommerce code. Here is the documentation for the eCommerce code - [login to view URL] I need you to create the necessary code to add to my receipt page on UltraCart so that Google Analytics will track all of the products that are purchased in a particular transaction. The final deliverable is the code and I will install it myself on the page.
