Wanting to create a news site. I have a fully created wireframe for the front end and back end. BIDDER MUST BE EXCELLENT AT PHP, MYSQL, CSS, DESIGN. Site can be built on wordpress, but will need to work exactly like my wireframe. If job is not exactly like wireframe and requirements, full payment will not be given. Site will require the ability for two authors to be able to post under same topic and then users vote which topic wins.
