Database Driven Website (Uploading Word Documents)

Our website will provide the public with a database of essays. The website I want to create gives people access to opportunities that are not available elsewhere. Opportunities to view, publish, and critique peer essays are integral in our mission to provide the general public access to free and academic essays. Students/General Public upload their essay onto my site - FREE of charge, *REGISTRATION REQUIRED* - you can submit your essay anonymously; its under the discretion of the uploader. - ranges from many different subjects and demographics - Purpose is to ignite a student's imagination and aid them with difficult essay assignments. *Note*- one can submit the essay prior to handing it in --> These rough essays will be placed in the "Work in Progress" category. Specifc things the website MUST HAVE: -Counter view pages (like youtube) -People who are registered can comment at the bottom of a given essay -Create a rating system (For example, 3.5 stars/5, etc...) - Admin page where I can monitor website You must be highly skilled in programming AND graphics. Must have a thorough background in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, and Javascript. You must create an appropriate logo for our website, which will be discussed in further detail.
