Date and Time Picker Widget Control using jQuery

Create a widget control in jQuery / Javascript / PHP / HTML / CSS / JSON to be used in a "Ajax?? calendar application that will allow a user to specify a compound set of dates and times. This widget must work with all modern class “A?? browsers for desktops and mobile devices. This widget also needs to work with YUI [login to view URL], YUI [login to view URL], and Jquery libraries. While there are many open source widgets available today, none meet our specific needs. We will use one of the standard Rent A Coder versions. We are in the process of creating a more detailed description of the widget's functionality in the form of graphic drawings with text explanations. Our needs are very specific and it will take a talented programmer to create the widget control library for us.
