Develop search+autosuggest trough APIs and DB, cache/store data and design database

PROJECT DESCRIPTION - Please see attached files for more project details ! - This project is to develop a lightning-fast movie and tv-show search function, and display and store/cache the data using 2 free available APIs. We can get the data from these 2 APIs: Movies: [login to view URL] Tv-Shows: [login to view URL] One of the most important things of this project is the autosuggestion for search. We need autosuggestion with as less delay as possible. Of course the speed of the autosuggestion relies for a great part on the APIs. For faster autosuggestion, search speed and sending too many requests to the APIs, we want to store/cache the search queries, results and all movie/ tv-show information into our own database that will be updated frequently. Apart from the search function we need pages that simply show movie, tv-show and episode information. In total we need 5 pages: - Search page - Search result page - Movie page - TV-Show page - Episode page TECHNOLOGIES We'd prefer this to be build with a popular PHP framework like symfony or codeigniter. We know that there are several good search technologies around like ElasticSearch, Sphinx, Lucene, Solr, Xapian. We are not sure which fits best in this project, so we let you decide. Please send us your motivation for using a specific search technology. We need a talented web developer who knows his way around with effiecient use of data, minimum server load and writes fast and lightweight code. We have a dedicated server available.
