Dhtrml Layover Over Flash Challenge

We are facing a challenge to show a dhtml layer over flash. See the issue by visiting the link below...

We need help to resolve this issue asap. The issue is that the dhtml layer always shows behind the flash and not over the flash. If anyone has faced a similar challenge and has worked to resolve it then it would be great if you could share it with us.

NOTE -? We have resolved this issue by using wmode=opaque or wmode=transparent.

We are looking for a solution when flash does not operate in opaque or tranparent mode.

Please do highlight how you can resolve this issue and what timeframe you will require to deliver the resolved code.
