looking for a coder that can create a file template for me. I need one css file to contain the layout data, a separate html file for the drop down menu and the html template itself. I want the menu to load via the separate html file and the layout to remain cohesive as the uploaded file shows. MUST be cross browser compatable without scripts warning issues
