customizeable javascript timer with fill and rotate animations

I'm looking for a javascript clock style timer with a single hand that fills the background with a color as it passes around the clock. I need 4 quadrants on the clock to be customizable with time variables that can dictate the amount of seconds between each point. I'd like the variables to be able to be populated by a text box value via ajax and a callback function that sends an email and a text message at the end of each of the 4 quadrants. I want to be able to click anywhere on the circle to start and stop the timer and double click to reset and stop. For example, there will be 4 text boxes where user enters amount of seconds to fill each respective quadrant in the circle.
