Database developer (Msql, Joomla) needed

Database developer (Msql) needed to build in Msql database to Joomla website template

I have a website template in Joomla

I need to create the following database, for our CLIENTS to register and log in:

• Welcome ...(clients registered name)

• Clients to login from front page and "Log In" page:

• Once logged in... list of upload documents

• a structure just like Microsoft outlook:

• An inbox that has the entrants listed and dated. Bolded until viewed.

• A folder system on the side

• Calendar/scheduler for setting meetings.

• A notification email sent once daily to client with new service entered by us.

As an administrator we need to be able to enter in (copy and paste, upload) all file types (.jpg, .pdf, .txt, etc.) and notes for each client. The client needs to be able to log in and review, download, and file, the information into folders. The best description I can think of is an outlook email like system.

We suggest the developer can do this by: building in a new mysql database and add it to the Joomla website template.
