I need to add these features to a PHP/mySQL support desk and need it done right away! 1) custom signup fields like address, zip code, phone, cell phone, etc... I should be able to add as many as needed at any time. 2) Email to desk. I mean user should be able to respond to a ticket directly from his email and it would be stored in the database as if it was responded from the desk. 3) search and email based on search results. For example: I would need to find users in whatever city or country and then email them all with a single click and PERSONALIZED email within a text box. What I mean by personalized would be like: #$username$#, #$password$#, #$firstname$#, #$lastname$#, #$email$#, #$phone$#, #$address$#, #$city$#, #$state$#, #$country$#, #$zip$#, #$id$#, #$sex$#, #$dateofbirth$#, #$language$#, #$findus$#, #$webaddress$#, #$address2$#, #$ordernumber$#, #$mobilephone$#, #$workphone$#, #$fax$#, #$besttime$#, #$business$#, #$media$#, #$position$#, #$littleresume$#, #$skills$#, or whatever fields there are. 4) canned answers. There are questions that many users ask so instead of writing the same answer over and over one should be able to answer those questions just picking the right "canned" answer. 5) Users should be able to edit their profile or change their password and be notified automatically by email about their changes. 6) Lost password feature. 7) Import/Export data from/to other databases (mssql, mySQL, etc. 8) Emergency email/pager notifications. Very important feature! To send an email or send a pager based on the priority of the ticket. 9) Reports based on efficiency of staff on answered tickets, how fast they answered, etc etc 10)Have the support system send an email based on the date of birth of the user like a birthday message for example 11) Emailmessages sent to users or staff show the last post from one or the other party and a direct link to go directly to the desk part where you can respond. 12)Be able to add a new language anytime 13) integrate with [login to view URL] software. 14) Change the starting ticket number. 15)Signup welcome email message 16)admin can view all tickets but technician can ONLY VIEW tickets assigned to him. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform php/mySQL Linux
