Affiliate System in PHP/MySQL

I need a complete affiliate system to be developed in PHP/MySQL with following features. 1. Affiliate Registration. 2. Choice of Banners. 3. User Tracking with complete logs. 4. Admin panel for affiliates including clicks, posts and commission management. 5. Admin panel for us to manage and administer affiliate tracking with commission awarding and secured payment.
