I'm looking for someone to implement the following functionality using Asterisk open source PBX:

Create a simple C/C++ or php application that connects to Asterisk manager and sets up a call back. This application should accept 4 ten digit phone numbers as parameters, phone0, phone1, phone2, and phone3. It will then call phone0 over SIP(vs Zap) and once the call is accepted it will play a wave file and then call phone1 over SIP. If phone1 answers it will play a wave file to it asking whether they want to accept this call. If they press 1 they will be connected to phone0. If they hang up or press something else the application will call phones 2 and 3 and repeat the same process. If none of them accept or respond the call will be routed to a voicemail box.

The assignment is to create this application along with all configuration files for it(i.e. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view]).
