Create a bespoke CMS platform.
$25-50 USD / hour
We wish to build a communications platform to facilitate key exchanges between companies and their clients over the following channels:
- SMS
- Push Notification
The project is concerned only with creation of the CMS and the following will not be included within the projects scope of works:
Integration with SMS gateway
- We will manage the integration in-house
Integration with APNS service
- We will setup relevant connections with Apples Push Notification Service
All creative designs will be supplied in html format.
Time Frame
We require completion of the project by January 13th 2013.
Monitoring Progress
Due to the time frame involved progress will be monitored on a daily basis. Once development has begun daily progress will be monitored in the following wasy:
- Regular checkouts to GitHub
- Daily E-mails summarising progress will be required
- Video conferencing tools
- Use of Jira project management software to update progress

The following are the key tools to be used in completing the project.

- Yii Framework
- BackBone.js
Environment - Development Server
The following Linux based development environment has been setup for the project:
Ubuntu 12.10
PHP 5.4
MySQL 5.5

GitHub
GitHub will be used to checkout work to the server. Work created locally must be checked out to the development server at least twice per day once development has commenced.
Important: Successful completion of the project will likely lead to numerous opportunities for additional work with our organisation, should this be desired.
