(reason for repost: waived max. price. accepting reasonable offers :)) I need a custom CMS for recieving, viewing, sorting and posting submissions for a user-submitted content blog. The user interface for the blog administrator will be run through any online collaborative spreadsheet application. I have the features laid out and have spec-ed a draft, but I want developer participation. Take this job if you like the give and take in brainstorming on what should be done and how. I don't care what language/technology is used. I am, however, putting an emphasis on detailed and effective comments, as well as a summary of how the implementation works. Time is not a crucial issue, but I will expect you to meet mutually set deadlines and be online when you say you will. I estimate the projec to take a day or two. We’re going to be talking a lot throughout the project so your English, while not fluent, must be clear.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Connect between: Blogger (using provided API) Facebook (using provided API) GMail (API or forward to an email client that has a good API) EditGrid (like Google Spreadsheets but with an API) Flexible about email client and collaborative spreadsheet software - if something out there has better features/a better API, we can use it. The actual code would lie server-side (unless you have better ideas) and can be written in any language you are comfortable in, assuming it works and you leave good comments. The hosting is provided by networksolutions, which has some great support.
