My client has a server: [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) which seems to be having some DNS problems.
The issue is this:
Using certain nameservers provided by certain UK based ISP's (Tiscali and Eclipse have been confirmed) results in all websites being inaccessible.
For example when using these nameservers (Tiscali UK):
You cannot access sites on the server such as:
However you acn still access the actual server at <[login to view URL]>
(However there is one site which seems to work: [login to view URL])
If you switch to a different set of nameservers:
All sites work fine.
All domains on this server use the DNS servers:
I need this problem diagnosed and the solution explained to me.
