add gallery to each product (right col)

I need a extensión who let me add a second gallery for each product at right column. 1. in Backend, for each product (simple and configurable) i need a tab for "gallery" so i can upload, publish, delete and sort all images i want. Just like tab "images". 2. in Frontend, in product view, I need include in right column (first) a photo-slider with all images that I set in last item. i attach a sample of frontend view
