Creating a MediaWiki powered site

I have a web domain on which I would like to run a MediaWiki installation dedicated to a single argument, in all the possible languages of the world, starting with english, italian and french. I just request knowledge of english, tho. The freelancer must be an expert of MediaWiki. He should install it and configure it in order to be used exactly like Wikipedia. The texts will be imported from mysql and access databases and from txt files. So a good knowledge of mysql is required.
