Create a Mobile Web Application

Need a web application to be coded. Designs are attached. It's going to be hard to explain everything, so it's a long brief. Please bear with me and read everything.
Functions are as follows, refer to the working file in FireWorks for the page numbers and different states.

01 - Login-
Refer to the different states for the different images to display for error handling.
Once the user has logged in successfully, he views page 02 Dashboard.
02 - Dashboard Overview -
This is the main default homepage. Each appreciation box will appear here. As you scroll down, the background remains fixed. (refer to state 1 and 2)
State 03 - shows when you have an unread message. (You will also get a notification on top)
State 04 - shows what happens if you click on the notification. (You see the unread messages and the red box message)
03- View a message
State 1 - shows what happens if you click on a message on the dashboard. You basically see the entire message on the same page itself. You tap it again to minimize it.(or tap the close button)
State 2 - is what the minimized look is. (Same as default look for the dashboord)
04 - Sent Appreciation
If you go back to page 03, you will see a reply icon on the right top. Clicking on this will bring you to State 01 on page 04.
State 01- The persons name who you are replying to will appear. You can close the box and go back to the dashboard. You can type anything into the text area. The icons at the bottom are explained in the next page 05.
Clicking on send will send the message to the person. And will take you to the success message page. State-2.
05- Send some love
Users can also send messages to other users. They see page 05. (they can access it from the menu at the bottom)
They can choose the user to send it to. They can close the box to go back to the dashboard. The various icons functionalities are attached in the different states.
State 03- will have different emoticons. State 04 will have some gifs. The gifs are not ready yet, but will send them over later to upload.
Should also be able to add more emoticons and gifs later.
06 - Stat board
This is where all the statistics of the messages sent and received can be viewed.
State01 - this is a week view. Stats of the messages over the last 1 week. It is categorized as number of message per day.
State 02 - is the month view of the stats. Displays total number of messages sent and received. It is categorized as number of messages per week.
State 03- shows a character peeping out from the highest stat.
Clicking on the TOTAL [48/ 120] on the top right - will take you to state 04.
state 04- This is a trends page. It tell you how you performed compared to the previous week/ month. If the trend is positive - then display a happy image. If the trend is downwards, display a sad image.
state 04/05/06 are the different images, based on the trend.
To summarise - this is a mobile website where users can send, receive and view messages. All these messages are stored in a database online. All the user details are also stored in a database. To add a new user, I want to add a new row of data to the database.
Looking to get this coded as soon as possible, needs to be VERY HIGH in quality.
