Create a Mobile Website -- 2

Hi, i need a website in mobile version. The website is up and running and using languages like php, mysql, html I need someone can develop smaller version of this e.g user can browse through car makes and models, it should show car details on selecting. the user should be able to send email using email form or can ring using mobile. Web template is already there but need smaller version. We do not wanted to use jquery website for their icons and all should be picked up from own server.
