Additions for GalacticFight browser space game-Need Asap

Hello, I need a couple updates to my game [login to view URL] (NOTE: you must complete the project within Freelancer. I will not accept bids from people that want to work outside freelancer) 1) right now the users are required to wait a minimum of one second between each ship being built. I would like it to be instant. So if they build 100000000 ships it would instantly be put into the database instead of waiting 100000000 seconds for example. I would like an option in the admin panel for each universe to turn it on and off. 2) The ability to teleport a planet to another location if the user spends bonus points. It should teleport it to a random location that already doesn't have a planet there. The amount of bonus points should be able to be set in the admin panel for each universe. 3) a redesign of the main landing page to appear more professional Possible more enhancements on a per enhancement basis if I'm happy with your work.
