Bug issues fixing on my website

I have a website and the last programmer has done a bad job! The programming will need looking at and any bugs fixing, I would also like a few items of the site changing! I need an experienced developer and I would need to be able to view past work! The work would be ongoing as once the site is launched it will be adapted constantly, so there will be the opportunity for repeat hire! The job isn't large but it will lead to constant work!
