Urgently require a ClipShare video sharing expert devloper, who also has PHP and MYSQL skills for a number of changes to website, and ongoing support.

Changes Required include:

- Make website mobile phone friendly

- Change video player & ad counter to count unique views only

- Create Contact and Support Forms

- Make video player Compatible with Google Adsense

- Make longs video descriptions Collapsible/expandable

- Minor change to .tpl and css files
