Decode encrypted PHP Code - repost

I have some PHP source code from a developer since years, and the developer stopped to be active (mail down and so on). Now one part of the Code is encrypted with some strange code, and i am unable to make a urgent needed change. So i need someone who make plain PHP code of this encrypted code. Part of the Code below, i will give the worker the full source! (Code see attach) For Copyright reasons!
