debug wordpress auction customised site

I have a customised wordpress auction i will list some important customisations so you understand my site :- 1)all users are only allowed auctions (admin can authorise buy it now for each seller from wpadmin) 2)sellers can only withdraw any money after a retention time period after money is received (retention time period editable in general options) 3)a csv file is produced for all withdrawal requests 4)all sellers must be authorised by admin before they can post an advert 5)sellers input bank details either on registering or in personal details which are uneditable in personal details. I need the following bugs fixed please :- 1) posting items to auction often takes items to scheduled items but should be to published items, it appears the scheduled time is wrong although the last edited time is correct (this also means people often cannot review an advert as the page is missing) 2) when a user presses buy it now for an item which people are already bidding and then press pay for item the page goes to a page full of warning messages, this needs to be fixed 3)the seller approval listing (at the bottom of the wp-admin listing) only lists ten sellers on page one, it should list more than ten sellers with more pages so ALL new seller applications can be approved, this needs to be fixed please
