I need a vb.net app that will archive all my EMPLOYER Freelancer projects. I need this app to run on a maybe weekly schedule and look for updates to messages, files, and new projects. This will keep an exact set of information on my desktop as it is on freelancer. I want to be able to browse and see my projects offline EXACTLY as I can online.

I am open for suggestions as what technologies to use and how to proceed.
