Custom page in template

I have a website being developed with a open source cms, so Ive some ready themes provided by the cms, now I was looking for a. additional page template for a dashboard and about 6-7 pages designed which are custom pages. b. these ready themes might as well be redesigned, if I get a reasonable quote for this, I can show you a master template and may be each and every element can be mapped in that master to get a new design ready. I was thinking if somebody was available to work on a open source .Net cms where most of the grounding is already available and a custom dashboard could be plugged into, Ive started the work myself but would appreciate if somebody can take over from me, as Im pressed on time and well in budget too. If you think you can do this may be in mojoportal (thts wht Ive started on, or if some cms that matches) then pls put across a bid. The site needed would have about 15-20 pages of custom development but that again would be easy with predefined controls in mojoportal. Or may be you can develop the pages in asp.net and can be easily integrated in mojoportal, let me know if you can devote about 5-6 days lets say about 60$.
