Distribution Software

Looking for a software to manage our business. We are a distribution company that need to keep track of sales, payments, stock, wages, commission etc. We need web access and multi user access, database will need to be hosted on our server (mySQL) Software will need to be installed on 3-4 computers (easy to install) and connect to the server database. also will need a web page with basic access and basic features. List of feature that will be needed. Require users (admin's, managers, normal and payroll) Create inwards orders and auto email suppliers of the orders - Create PO Receive Orders - Check physical stock with the PO and change prices if different Add client details and option for mass marketing emails by the admin/managers Create Sales Orders for clients - normal user will create order for our clients Back order - If out of stock place items on back order and notify when stock comes in once sales orders are created emails packing list to our warehouse email and auto prints out invoice for client Warehouse - supply software of tracking details Client Credit History - track outstanding invoices and payment history Staff to receive payment page - when we receive payment we can update there account Track staff commission - % of sales there clients make Track GST - 10% of purchases and sales Full reporting feature and can set dates and select products and manufacturer every user must have user name and password all data must be secure restrictions on some things must apply like only admin can do some things must be able to create sales via a http address and look at outstanding balance via http
