Affiliate statistics area wanted

We are looking to create an affiliate statistics area with the following features: 1. Sign up form so that an affiliate can join. 2. Affiliate can log in with their username and password and gain access to the secure main area where they can: a. View their clicks, sales, deposits etc by day, month and other time periods and sort them in category order. b. Be able to access and change their personal details. c. Get banners etc with their affiliate URL shown. d. View payment history. e. Maybe a couple of "misc" pages. We can do all the website design, so we only need the basics put together. It doesn't need to be particularly detailed. We'd like to get it done as quickly as possible, so the winning bidder would ideally begin right away.
