**_Operating System to be used:_** Linux or Cisco (We currently have an “Asterisk?? Server Open Source IP PBX, as well as a Cisco AS5350. Each of these already have telephony and conference calling built in, however we need to develop a front end web interface for customer service and clients as well as billing features, and voice prompted features for end users.)
**_Database to be used:_** MySQL, IBM DB2, or other.
**_Size of platform:_** Up to 1000 simultaneous users or more.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
